SNOT SPOT GOES INTERNATIONAL
Hamble River Associates to Distribute Product Line in UK and Europe

Vail, Colorado – December 18, 2006 – Vail-based When I Grow Up, Inc., the company that introduced the Snot Spot® to U.S. retailers and consumers nationwide in 2005, is pleased to announce a comprehensive international distribution agreement with Hamble River Associates, a division of Hamble River Holdings of Southampton, Hampshire, UK. The agreement grants exclusive product representation to Hamble River for the United Kingdom and non-exclusive but primary representation on mainland Europe.

“We discovered Snot Spot at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in August of this year,” said David Sully, partner at Hamble River Associates. “It’s a great product that fills an open niche in the market overseas, just like it does in the U.S. We believe we have the opportunity to see great success not just in the general outdoor enthusiast market where Snot Spot has focused in the United States but also by targeting European football (U.S. soccer) players as well.”

The distribution agreement, which covers all current and future styles of Snot Spot, is effective immediately, and Hamble River has already begun introducing the product to its customers in the U.K. All design, material sourcing, and manufacturing will continue to be done in the U.S.
